Poached Egg Ramen

No need to poach separately.

Even instant ramen deserves to be served with an egg. And here, you don’t even have to dirty a separate pot—just poach it in the hot ramen broth.


Makes 1 serving
  • 1 3-oz package instant ramen noodles
  • 1 egg
  • + spray fat


  1. Cook ramen according to package directions.

  2. Spray a ladle with fat, and crack an egg into it.

  3. Lower the egg into the simmering broth and poach until the egg is just cooked, about 5 minutes.
