Even instant ramen deserves to be served with an egg. And here, you don’t even have to dirty a separate pot—just poach it in the hot ramen broth.
- 1 3-oz package instant ramen noodles
- 1 egg
- + spray fat
Cook ramen according to package directions.
Spray a ladle with fat, and crack an egg into it.
Lower the egg into the simmering broth and poach until the egg is just cooked, about 5 minutes.
